Press Association.—Electric Telegraph— THE VICTORIAN RAILWAY COMMISSIONERS SUSPENDED. Melbourne, March 18. The Governor, upon the advice, of the Cabinet, has suspended the Railway Commissioners, on the ground of inefficiency and mismanagement. Messrs. Francis (General Traffic Manager), Kenwick (Engineer - inChief), and Kebble (recently Assistant Traffic Manager) will be gazetted to the vacancies.

The Railway Commissioners leave office at noon to-morrow.
