The Fire Brigades Conference this morn in (* decided that no member shall be entitled M either Association certificate, medal, or bar unless he attends two-thirds of the musters of his brigade, except when prevented by sickness or leave of absence; that soma better method of deciding wet finishes M adopted in tho competition either bj electricity or some other way more certain than the present; that brigades noo sending in returns of rules of members by July » be debarred from all privileges 01 _ Association till after the next competition , that in the event of a team from any brigade attending the demonstration ana not taking part in the same, the exec may refuse to allow such team their tra ling expenses ; that firemen attending tft Association competition or Confctcn travel in uniform, and that I way' M missioners be asked to issue passes Y firemen in uniform.
