By an explosion in a coal mine at Cliarlei'oi 300 miners have been entombed, but hopes are entertained that they will be all rescued alive. Brussels, March 13. Fifty-six miners have been rescued from the mine at Charleroi. It is now believed that two hundred of the men have been killed by the explosion.
