Press Association.—Electric Telegraph.— London, March 11. Mr. Thomas Healy, a brother of Mr. Tim Healy, has been elected unopposed for Wexford North, a seat rendered vacant by the resignation of Mr. John Redmond.

The election of a member to fill th e vacancy in the Kirkcaldy seat, caused by the death of Sir George Campbell, took place to-day, when Mr. Dalziel (Gladstone Liberal) was returned by a majority of 103G over his opponent, Mr. Cox, the Conservative candidate.
