[BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Di;nkdjn, Friday. The half-yearly report of tho directors of the Colonial Bank states that the neb profits for the half-year after providing for everything amounted to £17,677, to which has to be added £7230 3? Sd, tho balance from last half-year. From this has to bo deducted £2190 13s 10<1, tax upon note circulation and property tax, leaving available £'22,710 9s 10d. The directors recommend a dividend at the rate of 7 per cent, per annum on paid up capital, absorbing £14,000, and carrying forward a balance of £8716 9s lOd.
