FATAL ACCIDENT.

[BY TELEGRAPH.— ASSOCIATION.] Napier, Monday. An inquest was held to-day on the body of an elderly man named Robert Wood, who died from the offects of injuries sustained on the railway. Wood and a Frenchman were in a dray passing over the level crossing when the train from Napier ran into them. The Frenchman is likely to recover. The jury found that no one was to blame.
