Barnard, well known in sporting circles. Mr. Jellicoo defended. The jury retired, bub ham not yet brought in their verdict, Leon J*cqaa*h was admitted oil probation on a charge of cattle stealing. Sentence was deferred in the charge of rape on a little girl against H. Bailey, a lad about 15 years old. .
