[.BY TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, Tuesday. In banco to-day Frederick Wiiliara Jonea moved for an injunction to restrain W. J. Brookes, manager of the Dunodin Piano Cumpany, from publishing or selling , any piers of music with the title of "Barn B;\ncf." The plaintiff alleged that be was the composer of the original " Barn Dance," i« published in this colony, and was proprietor of li-se copyright in title as well in the piece of nuisic. For the defence it was contended that the pieces were dissimilar. Mr. Justice Richmond dismissed the motion, holding , that the title, " Barn Dance," was a general description, and was no copyright.
