[BY TELEGRAPH.^—PRESS ASSOCIATION.) ' / Dijnedin, Wednesday. , The question of admitting females as medical students came before the' Hospital Trustees to-day. From the report of the medical'staff, it appeared that six out of nine members favoured the exclusion of women ; two were in favour of their admittance ; a third thought that they should go .to Great Britain, where special schools were established. it was decided to admit them, seven members considered it should be under precisely* the same conditions as male students, and they expressed themselves willing to teach mixed classes ; two others desired special arrangements, and would not teach mixed classes. The trustees decided to offer no. objection to Miss Emily H. Siedberg, the applicant,' attending the usual medical course. ~ : °
