And it was Ordered, that tho following inquiries be taken and made, that is to say : — _ 1 An inquiry of what the trust funds subject to tho trusts of the said Indenture then con2. An inquiry who were the persons interested in the said trust funds, and how, and m what manner they wero interested respectively and in what respective shares and propor3. An inquiry, what (if any) is the estimated deficiency of the trust funds to secure tlie duo payment of all annuities and other sums payable by the Sovereign Life Assurance Company, under or in pursuance of the Agreement of the 22nd of June, 1865, in tie pleadings also mentioned, and of tho sani Indenture of the 22nd of June, 1860, except claims arising out of the Life Assurance Policies therein respectively mentioned. And it was Ordered, that the conduct of all further proceedings under thit Judgment should be committed to the plaintiffs, The Sovereign Life Assurance Company. The further consideration ox the aboveuientioned actions was adjourned. Ana any of the parties were to be at liberty to apply as they might be advised. _ , _ _ And take further notice that by an Order dated the 29th day of May, 18SS, , It was ordered that the further prosecution of the enquiries, Nos. 1, 2, ami 3, directed to be taken and made by the said Judgment dated the 17th day of December, 1887, be stayed until further order. An enquiry of what the Trust Funds, subject to the trusts of the Indenture of '--lid June, '1800, in the pleadings mentioned, consisted on the 4th of August, 1887. , , . 2.
