ACCIDENT TO A MINER.
[BY TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT.] Thames, Saturday. A slight accident occurred to a miner named Michael Macminamin, in the Moanatuiari mine to-day. He was at work in the a topes above the south drive at the 100-feefc level when a quantity of mullock came away, a portion of it striking him on the back, and badly bruisine and scratching him. He wad at once taken to the Hospital, and his injuries attended to by Dr. Williams, after which he was able to proceed to his home.
