H.M.S. LIZARD RECOMMISSIONED THE COLONIAL CRUISERS. Prat Astuciation — Electric Telegraph..—Copyright London, February 25. H.M.S. Lizaed has been recommissioned for service on the Australian station. The Admiralty, in order to facilitate the commissioning of the Australian cruisers, has re-enacted the regulation with regard to five years' service, but it only has effect to the Australian station. Lord Hamilton states that the delay in the completion of the Australian cruisers is due to defective boilers.
