A conference between the United , States and Canada on the subject of reciprocal trade relations will be held in March. Ottawa, February 9. - Sir John Macdonald has issued a manifesto declaring the Government will develope the resources of Canada as an integral part of the Empire, and denouncing the cry for unrestricted rej ciprocity as veiled treason.
