[BY TELEGRAPH.-OWN CORRESPONDENT.] - Rotorua, Monday. This afternoon Sir George Grey and party, accompanied by Mr. and Mrs. S. Nathan and other tourists, started in the steam launch for Hamurana. Contrary, to expectations, Sir George Grey will leave here on Wednesday next for Auckland, and will proceed thence by the Waihora, on the 24 th instant, to Sydney, for the purpose of being present at the Federal Convention. ■_ , . • Amongst the visitors who took their departure for Oxford to-day is a Mr. Longfellow, a son of the great American poet.
