CIVIL CAUSE LIST.

The following cases are set down for trial, without juries, at the civil sittings of the Supreme Court which commence on Monday, at eleven o'clock :~ John Mclntosh v. Alfred Thomas Knox, for £260, for rent, eto., of certain premises. James Rae v. Alfred H. Greenway, for £348, money lent. Moss Davis v. Patrick Long : Claim that accounts be taken re colonial ales, etc., purchased other than from the plaintiff for the Archhill Hotel. There are no jury cases, and jurors summoned to attend on Monday will nob be required.
