MR. CADMAN AND THE MINISTRY.
[BY TELEGRAPH. —OWN" CORRESPONDENT.] ■ Paeroa, Tuesday. Much surprise is evinced here that Mr. Cadraan has not been included in t.he new Ministry. His acquaintance with the smallest details in regard to raining matters, while representing this district, and for years before, are considered to have given him a paramount claim for the mines portfolio by the best mining men here.
