THE SAN FRANCISCO MAIL.
A QUICK SERVICE. [BY TKLKGRAPH. SPECIAL REPORTER.) Wellington, Sunday. Mr. Mitchelson informs me that he has now completed the arrangements for having the San Francisco Mail carried through in 32 days instead of 35, thus saving three days on the transmission of the mail.
