Notice in hereby given that the abovenamed John Thomas .Smith has this day filed a petition to bo adjudged a Bankrupt. The First General Meeting of Creditors will be held at my office, Government Insurance Buildings, Queen-street, Auckland, on TUESDAY, the 27th day of January, 1801, at eleven a.m. Proofs of debt must be furnished prior to-the meeting.
