London, January 19. It is expected that Queensland will issue a loan of two and a-half millions, and South Australia one of over a million and a-half vrithin a fortnight.
News of the deficit of the Victorian railway revenue prejudices that colony's borrowing prospects, and possibly she will borrow at par in April. FiiRTH, January 20. All the Ministers having been reelected, Parliament opened to-day, when the Government announced their intention Of floating a £1,336,000 loan.
