THE WELLINGTON' WOOLLEN COMPANY.
[BY TELEGRAPH.— iTRESS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, Tuesday. AT a private meeting of shareholders of the Wellington Woollen Company, it was resolved to recommend that the directors' fees be raised to £50 each ; that the chairman receive £150, and that rho sum of £200 be voted tn Mr. x: K. McPonald, as u mark of the shareholders approval of his services since the formation of the company.
