UNFAIR HANDICAPPING. TO THK EDITOR. SIR,— Having heard a considerable amount of dissatisfaction expressed upon the Devonport handicapping, I take the opportunity of drawing attention to Messrs. Maitland's and Hailstone's letters, for I feel sure that most of ifc will coincide with a remark contained therein. I append the weights for the hurdles allotted by Mr. Jivitt, and would ask your opinion on comparing same with Mr. Knight's.
