Bowerman, agent for tho Picturesque Atlas, was committed for trial on a charge of attempting to shooo George Forsyth at Otakaia. Bail Wits allowed, accused in £50 ana one surety in a similar amount. The case arose out of an attempt to dolivor the Atlas some time ago.
