Electoral--0 TIC E OF POLLING DAY. lii pursuance of the Regulation of Elections Act, ISBI, and tho Electoral Acts Amendment Act, 1890, I, John Alexander Beale, Returning Officer for the Electoral District of Newton, do hereby give noticu that, by virtue of a Writ, bearing date the fifth day of November, 1890, under the hand of the Clerk of Writs, an Election will bo held for.the return of a qualified person to serve as a, Member for the said Electoral District; and that the Poll, if necessary, will bo taken at the several polling places of the add District on the fifth day of December, 1300. Every Person desirous of becoming a Candidate must be nominated by not less than two Electors of tho District, by a Nomination-paper, as proscribed by Section ft of the Amendment Act, delivered to the Returning Officer, on or before the 27th day of November, 1890.
