PARNELL RETIRES FROM THE LEADERSHIP.

party.
[ReceiTeil November 2C, 1 a.m.] London, November 25. The Standard asserts .that, on the advice of Mr. Gladstone, Mr. Parnell has temporarily resigned the leadership of the party, and lias nominated Mr. Justin McCarthy as his successor.
PARNELL DENOUNCED FROM THE PULPIT. London, November 24. A Catholic priest, preaching in a church at Hatton Garden, near liolborn, attacked Mr. Parneli. Several of the congregation protested, and as the rev. gentleman was leaving the church he was mobbed.
