The English wheat market shows a general decline; but the Continental and American are gradually recovering. A further rise is expected. New Zealand wheat, on passage, 36s 3d. Three months', bills have declined to G|r per cent., owing to the reduced demand at the banks and discount houses. At the auction of woolled sheepskins there was an average attendance of home and foreign buyers. The market showed a general decline. Crossbred fine greasy, fetched 7M ; merinos, 7M. London, November 24.
About three and a-half millions in gold are en route for England, and there is a prospect of the money market becoming easier. '
