In connection with the Caulfield Cup most enquiries were for Chintz, and backers would operate at 1000 to 40, but that figure was not forthcoming. It is stated that after a gallop last week, Titan showed signs of serious indisposition, and this had the effect of sending him back to 5 to 2 for the Derby.
