BUSINESS : To receive the Report and Balance-sheet for the year ended August 31st last. To elect two Directors, in place of Robert Clapham B-irstow, Esq., and Thomas Peacock, Esq., who retire, but are eligible, and offer themselves, for re-election. To elect two Auditors, in place of Abraham Boardinun, Esq., and John Wayinouth, Esq., who olfer themselves for re-election. As soon as such business is concluded, the meeting will resolve itself into an EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING for the purpose of considering, and passing, if approved, tlio following Resolution, which is intended to be proposed to the Meeting :— That the following Article shall be adned to and inserted in the Company's Articles of Association, after Aiticle 37, and .sliall bo called Article 37a : "37a. The Company may from time to time, "by special resolution, reduce its capital.
