THE BRENNAN TORPEDO.
London, August 2. Mr. R. W. Hanbury, M.P. for Preston, lias given notice to ask the Government what money has been paid in respect of the Brennan torpedo. He describes it as an ingenious toy devoid of practical use owing to its limited range. He also asserts that foreign Governments _ have condemned the principle of this weapon.
