This morning, however, .Judge Scannell again tool; his seat, and called on the Kuaotunu No. 1 I), case for the purpose of hearing what further evidence the plaintiff (Huhepa Mataitana) was prepared to give in .-upport of his claim. It was announced, however, that Holiepa had withdrawn his claim, consequently judgment was at once given in favour of Mr. Maekay's clients.
