[BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION. Gisborne, Friday. Mr. Kelly, of Tauranga, intends to stand for the East Coast electorate in opposition to Mr, Arthur, and probably Mr. W. L. Rees. Reefton, Friday. Mr. J. M. Morris is here feeling the pulse of the electors as to his candidature at the next election. It is announced that Mr. Lomas, the Labour Union representative of Westport, will contest Inangahua.
