[BY TELEGRAPH. — PRESS ASSOCIATION".] Dun'kdix, Tuesday. The Warden's Court was occupied live hours to-day in considering a case in which the well-known Coast prospector, Docherty, applied to have determined the share which H. E. Harris was entitled to in the mineral prospecting lease and copper mine on the West; Coast, and claiming £00 damages. Warden Carew dismissed the claim for damages, and decided that Harris was entitled to a half-share in the mine at Dusky Sound and lease at the Wet Jacket Arm.
