THE BUILDING TRADE.
[BY/ TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION'.] DUXEDIX, Monday. At the adjourned meeting to-night, it was resolved to form a building employes' union, the objects of which are to effect a general combination of all the operative building employes, to obtain a day of eight hours at the recognised rate of wages; to regulate the condition and employment of apprentices ; to promote good feeling between employer and employed, by the adoption of fair wages, and to have the power to affiliate with any organised society to carry out measures for the benefit of labour.
