DAMAGES AGAINST A THEATRE PROPRIETOR. Sydney, May 22. Two hundred pounds damages have been given against the proprietor of the Criterion Theatre, Pitt-street, for opening the building on a Sunday. A leading Presbyterian minister and former Moderator, has been accused of too intimate relations with a lady member of his congregation, and divorce proceedings have been instituted.
