London, April 3. The quantity of wheat and flour afloat for the United Kingdom is 2,600,000 quarters, and for the_ Continent 660,000. The amount of visible American supply ia estimated at 27,104,000 bushels. Money is declining. Three months' bills are at 2§ per cent. The announcement of a deficit in the Victoria railway revenue has depressed that colony's stock to the extent of a per cent.
