Rutherford, was killed afc Culverden yesterday, by the upsetting of a dray. DuNkdin, Wednesday. William Holmes, who fell oil" an express train near Waikouaifci, on the 20th of last month, has died in the hospital. Ha had undergone the operation of amputation of one leg. " •■•'■ '• A man named Dennis Daley was killed between Dunback and Macßae's by failing off a dray he was driving, one of the Wheels passing over him.
