TiiEhody of Ah Yack, the Chinaman, wa.3 exhumeil* yesterday, on account of the ex* pressed- belief of Dr. Mftnzies, the hospital surgeon,- that he had been strangled. The neck did exhibit the outward appearance of dislocation, but an examination showed that the man : certainly ■ had nob been strangled. / It having been suggested that poison might have been administered, portions of tfie etoaiach, etc., were secured for analysis. : ; . - -
