Postmaster - General, Commissioner of Telegraphs, nnd Minister of Native Affairs : Hon. E. Mitchefcon.

Minister of Public Works and Minos Department : Hon. T. Fergus. Minister of Agriculture and Lands : lion. G. F. Richardson.

WkiJjlNotok, Tuesday. Cupt. Russell was sworn a Member of the Executive this morning. A Cabinet Council was held at noon. The Hon. Cant. RnssoH and tho If on. T. Hielop attended in compliance with a notification issued from the Premier's office Tho Cabinet sat for more thau an hour, then adjourned, nnd resumed and continued its deliberations until nearly five o'clock. There is no portfolio for Charitable Aid which will be administered by the Hon. Mr. Ilislop.
