RAILWAY CONSTRUCTION.

A PRIVATK telegram this evening from Wellington stntes that an agreement has been signed by tho Point Elizabeth Coul Company and the Coal Creek Coal Company to make a railway between Grey mo nth and the Seven Milo Creek conjointly, so as to serve both companies. Tenders will shortly be culled for formation of the line. All the surveys and plans has been completed for some time.
