PETITION FOR THEIR EXPULSION. PJJKIN, August 31. A NUMBER of high Chinese officials have petitioned Prince Clung, Minister of Foreign Affairs, urging the expulsion of all Americans employed in China. It is reported that Prim e Clung has expressed sympathy with the movement.
