EXPECTED WITHDRAWAL. London, July 21. The Standard asserts that the opposition to the Western Australian Bill is increasing to such an extent that it is expected the Bill will be abandoned. It is reported that the Cabinet to-day decided to withdraw the Western Australian Bill if any serious opposition is shown to it.
