TERMS OF AGREEMENT.
THE STATU QUO RESTORED. New York, May 30. The New York World states that the Samoan difficulty will be settled on thg basis of restoring the status quo existing at the time Malietoa was deported, and the payment of a nominal indemnity. German and American advisers will be appointed, with an Eng«j liali umpire, and three coaling stations will be formed on the islands.
