HOME RULE.
SPEECH BY MR. GLADSTONE.
London, May 29. Mr. Gladstone, in the course of a speech, stated that the triumph of Home Rule for Ireland will be a long stride towards a genuinely Imperial Parliament, in which the colonies shall be represented by men chosen by themselves.
