Berlin, May 27. The whole of the members of thg Westphalian miners' strike committee have been arrested.
Berlin, May 28.
The members of the Westphalian Strike Committee were arrested on the? ground that they had disobeyed the Emperor's warning, and introduced a political element into the dispute between them and the mine owners.
