THE ASHBURTON WOOLLEN MILLS.
[BY TBLKGRAFH. —PRK3S ASSOCIATION.] Ashhurtom, Monday. The premises and plant of the Ashburton Woollen Manufacturing Company (in liquidation) have been sold to tie Mosgiel Company. The latter have agreed to carry on the factory for at least three years. Thore is every prospect of the creditors of the Ash button Company having their claims paid in full.
