E.trly yesterday morning the American harqueiitine Abie! Abbott to berthed alongside the Mo. 2 jetty. She will start forthwith to take in a valuable freighting of gum for New York, indeed some packages were shipped yesterday. The smart little schooner Louie, belonging to this port, left Newcastle on the 4th inst., for Auckland with a full load of black diamonds. The barque Northern Chief is making good progress with the discharge of her coal at the Hobson-street Wharf, and is expected to be clear before the end ol the week. She has been fixed to take a general cargo hence to Sydney.
