In the matter of the Bankruptcy Act, ISB3, and - of the Bankruptcy of CHARLES HENRY OSMOND, of Auckland, Commission Agent, a Bankrupt. Notice is hereby given that the abovenanied Charles Henry Osmond has this day filed a. petition to be adjudged a Bankrupt. The First General Meeting j of Creditors will be held at my office, Government i Insurance Buildings, Queen-street, Auckland, on MONDAY, the 13th day of May, 1889, at half-past two o'clock. Proofs of debt must be furnished prior to the meeting. Proxy forms can beobtained at my office. In the matter of the Companies' Act, 1882, and amendments, and of the WAIKATO COAL AND SHIPPING COMPANY (LIMITED), in Liquidation.
