' Notice is hereby given, that it is intended during the present Session of Parliament to introduce a Bill to provide that the Council of the . Borough of Devonport may declare that the Cemetery heretofore set apart within the said Borough shall be deemed to have been lawfully established although tho same is within the limits of such Borough, and that such Cemetery shall hereafter bo used and managed in accordance with the provisions of the " Cemeteries Act 1582."
