GENERAL BOULANGER.
London, April 22. It is rumoured that General Boulanger will only make a temporary stay in London. London, April 23. General Boulanger will arrive in London to-morrow, and will stay at the Bristol Hotel, Burlington Gardens. It is expected that General Boulanger will remain in England for some time. Paris, April 22. General Boulanger, writing to a meeting of his partisans here, declares the National party is incapable of embarking on any adventure that would endanger the peace of Europe.
