Ib is probable I ho will deliver a political address at one of I. the above-mentioned places. He will reI turn tq Wellington about the 30th instant, | in time to assist at the public and official I installation of Lord Onslow as Governor. It is at present understood that the Hon. G. F. Richardson (Lands and Mines) will join Sir Harry Atkinson at the West Coast, and that both will return to Wellington in the Hinemoa.
