In the Supreme Court, counsel for Henry, charged with fraudulent bankruptcy, contended thab the prisoner was being tried for acts for which the District Court at Palmerston North had already punished him under a summary jurisdiction of the Bankruptcy Act. After argument the Crown Prosecutor entered a nolle prosequi, and the prisoner was discharged.
